Seasonal Soul Sessions
Inspired by my own practice, Seasonal Soul Sessions are an intentional time for reflection and celebration at the change of seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. They can be done alone, with coaching support, or in community.

Do it Yourself: Use this simple worksheet to design your own Seasonal Soul Session.
Coaching: If you just need a little help getting started or need someone to check in with you before or after your Seasonal Soul Session, we offer individual coaching.

In Community: If you feel that doing this work in community with a small group of others, we offer four Seasonal Soul Session opportunities a year. Through facilitated restorative and creative practices, participants will experience a deepened connection to self, community, and nature. Group size is limited to 12 participants.

Virtual FYN Circles
Join Earth lovers via Zoom to calm, create, and connect. Each month will follow the same general flow, but will include different nature inspired practices. We will spend a little time centering through things like meditation and breathing, learning about our natural world, using our creativity to bring new perspectives and joy to our lives, as well as time to connect with others through sharing with pairs, trios, or the group.
